1. Payment Methods
We offer the following secure and convenient payment methods:

Your credit card will only be charged once your order has been dispatched. - PayPal
Pay securely and conveniently using your PayPal account. Payment will be processed immediately upon completion of your order.
Please note: Other payment methods (such as bank transfer, Klarna or SOFORT) are not available.
2. Shipping Terms & Delivery Partner
- Exclusive Delivery Partner: All orders are shipped exclusively as insured parcels via DHL. Delivery to DHL Packstations is also available (please provide your Postnummer (DHL customer number) and Packstation number).
- Free Shipping: Orders with a gross value of €30.00 or more qualify for free shipping to all eligible delivery destinations.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional import duties, customs charges or taxes may apply. These are not included in the shipping costs stated above and must be borne by the recipient, to the extent permitted by law.
4. Damage in Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, please report any visible damage sustained during transit directly to the DHL delivery driver and subsequently contact our Customer Service team at info@pjur.com.
Failure to report such damage will not affect your statutory rights relating to defective goods.
